We will take you back to the roots of our land and share a living experience of how to care for the soil, its health and its life in all its manifestations. Come and discover how to cultivate naturally and integrally in the Chakra, how to harvest, prepare and taste our traditional products.

8:30 Registration in our office

8:45 Welcome and Introduction to the tour.

Transfer to local family home

9:15 Hot local snack in the family home

10:00 Activities in the Chakra (traditional organic garden): preparation and planting of local Andean products

11:10 Harvesting fresh seasonal products for the preparation of traditional recipes

11:40 Preparation of 5 traditional dishes with seasonal products (Examples of recipes: corn cake, sango, cheese, sambo soup, vegetable and flower salad, horchata tea etc. Optional specialty: roast guinea pig)

13:45 Lunch with a traditional menu.

15:00 Workshop on the medicinal virtues of the products that we forget to use.

16:00 Completion and evaluation
