Second Virtual Kichwa Language Workshop "Runashimi"

Learn a language most widely used native in South America!

This July 15 we invite you to the Kichwa language workshop, in order to revitalize rural community tourism and the ancestral roots of the Saraguro ethnic group of the San Lucas community.

Practical use of language in daily life, starting with greetings, presentation and knowledge of the human body and the elements of the closest environment; establishing a communication bridge that facilitates the understanding and fluency of the language in connection with the ancestral roots of each person participating in the workshop.

Meet our instructor

Teresa de Jesus Quizhpe Guaman. Member of the Runa Saraguro people. Born in the Akakana community. Speak and promote the use of the native language Runa Shimi. Dedicated to Agroecology and healthy eating with the family initiative "Chakra mother Chimborazo Achachila". We are linked to the Guardianas y Guardianes de seeds collective in Ecuador.

Engineer in Ecotourism from ESPOCH, and Technology in Andean Medicine at the Hatun Yachay Wasi Higher Institute.
